Step 1: Official Helpline

First, you can see on your screen that the Punjab Government’s Nigehban Ramzan Package Program has issued this helpline number: 080002345. You can register any type of complaint at this number.

  • You will be given 72 hours for your complaint to be resolved.
  • If you have not yet received the RS.10,000 amount under the Nigehban Ramzan Package Program, call this number immediately.
  • Provide your name and CNIC number to the representative.

Step 2: Eligibility Check

  • They will check if you are eligible for the program.
  • If you are eligible, they will inform you that your RS.10,000 check has been sent to your Tehsil office.
  • You will be told that your check has arrived at your Tehsil office and you will receive it within a few days.
  • If you are not eligible, they will inform you accordingly.

Step 3: Filing Complaints

If you have received a lesser amount or have any other complaints, you can report them at the helpline number.
